We Tech Zone provides instructor-led IT training programs. Refunds are allowed only within limited timelines to ensure fairness to students and trainers.
100% Refund
Eligible if requested within 7 days of batch start and minimal sessions attended.
50% Refund
Partial refund available during early training period.
No Refund
No refunds after this period or after major content access.
Refund Conditions
- Refund period starts from official course start date
- No refund after course completion
- No refund for recorded-only or self-paced programs
- No refund on discounted / promotional enrollments
- Administrative or gateway charges may be deducted
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business daysto the original payment method.
