We Tech Zone provides instructor-led IT training programs. Refunds are allowed only within limited timelines to ensure fairness to students and trainers.

0–7 Days

100% Refund

Eligible if requested within 7 days of batch start and minimal sessions attended.

8–15 Days

50% Refund

Partial refund available during early training period.

After 15 Days

No Refund

No refunds after this period or after major content access.

Refund Conditions

  • Refund period starts from official course start date
  • No refund after course completion
  • No refund for recorded-only or self-paced programs
  • No refund on discounted / promotional enrollments
  • Administrative or gateway charges may be deducted

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business daysto the original payment method.
